The other Mary. I sketched this first last night but I wasn't feeling it, so I sketched the second Mary which became the final version [link]

I was bored a while ago so decided to slap some colors, now I don't know if I should submit this one, or the other version. What do you guys think?

This is just as lovely as the first one, but in terms of the CHOW, I think the first seems to fit a bit better with the description.

Personally, I think the other has a stronger composition, however I think this one has a better atmosphere and I like the figure work better...

I really like this one. Great costume design. I like this whole post-apocalyptic feeling. Also your Mary in the other painting looks a bit like a boy :P

I have to admit I'm drawn to this one. The composition seems more balanced, and Mary exudes tons of mystery while at the same time looking like a young girl.

Both are jaw droppingly good, though. :D

Both are snazzy, but I like this one a bit more, if only because it contains more motion.

It's a very hard decision, you know, because both desings are amazing, very detailed and beautiful!

Anyways, i think this one is the right one. It inspires the image of a saint or something like that, and that fits with the idea of someone who hear and talks with voices that she only can perceive.
