Hah, this is awesome. I really love the concept. Only thing I would suggest would be a compositional fix (if you ever decide to go back to this). Basically, crop out the bottom right section and expand the top left to move Rapunzel into one of the "sweet spots", and bring the moon fully into the image. Right now Rapunzel is in the top-center, and with the moon hanging off the edge like that, it draws the eye out of the composition.

I see what you mean and I completely agree. It looks scattered and off-center. This image gave me compositional problems early on, I probably won't go back to it anymore but that is definitely good advice that will help me out later on.

Thanks, Cacodaemonia!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes you just do NOT want to go back to an old image. ;) You're welcome. :)

Nightmarishly beautiful! I can just imagine a prince gallantly approaching the tower, "Rapunzel! Let down your ha-AAAAAAAAAAA!" I would say I love the idea of twisting fairy tales around with a dark atmosphere, but if you really pay attention to the stories, you'll see how sinister and disturbing they are in their original form. ; ) Not to say this particular picture isn't creepy - after all, it includes a cadaverous princess, a swarm of bats streaking through the moonlight, and a haunted forest looming in the background. It reminds me of the terrifying dreams I'd have after my mom read those stories to me. XD
